Pecan Nut Patties
Savory pecan-and-cheddar patties browned and baked in mushroom sauce.
Ingredients
Method
- Combine all ingredients except the mushroom sauce and pimiento. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil and brown on both sides. Place in a casserole.
- When ready to bake, cover with the mushroom sauce and bake in a 350°F oven approximately 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with pimiento strips if desired.
Notes
Yield: approximately 22 patties.
