A holiday-favorite sweet potato souffle with a brown sugar, cornflake, and pecan topping.

Method
- Blend together the sweet potatoes, yam, sugar, eggs, butter, condensed milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
- Blend the topping ingredients together. Put the topping on and bake another 10 minutes.
Notes
The recipe needs to be doubled for a 9×13 pan.
