Method
- Mix the white flour, wheat flour, salt, water, and yeast into a dough. Knead until smooth, then cover and let rise until doubled.
- Divide and shape into pizzas and add your toppings.
- Bake at 500°F for 20 minutes covered, then at 475°F for 20 minutes uncovered, until crisp and golden.
