Pizza Dough

An easy white-and-wheat pizza dough. Handwritten family card.

Ingredients
  

  • 900 g white flour
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 15 g salt
  • 600 g water
  • 1 packet yeast

Method
 

  1. Mix the white flour, wheat flour, salt, water, and yeast into a dough. Knead until smooth, then cover and let rise until doubled.
  2. Divide and shape into pizzas and add your toppings.
  3. Bake at 500°F for 20 minutes covered, then at 475°F for 20 minutes uncovered, until crisp and golden.
